Integrated Pest Management Services

The Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide integrated pest management services for properties owned and operated by the State of Mississippi. The selected vendor will assist the Department by providing such services as requested. The contract will be for one year with four optional renewal years. The services include insect control, rodent control, and professional entomologist services. The vendor must have the proven ability to perform all services requested in this IFB. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor who submits the lowest cost bid per building list. • The vendor must submit a complete bid packet, including a bid cover sheet, bid form, references, and release of the bid as public record. • The vendor must also provide a draft copy of the contract, which has been included as Appendix E for review. • The contract is subject to approval by the Public Procurement Review Board and/or the Department of Finance and Administration Office of Personal Service Contract Review.
