Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Unigrid Brochures. The contract requires the printing of 100,030 brochures plus 50 QARC's, with specific trim size, page, and quality level requirements. The contractor must provide digital color content proofs and inkjet proofs, and ensure that all proofs made are a direct representation of the electronic files. The contractor will be required to sign a statement certifying that copies were selected as directed, and to mail quality assurance random copies.
• The brochures will be printed in 4-color process with some type reversing out to appear white.
• The contractor must edit the GPO imprint placeholder and update the jacket number and GPO imprint line on the file.
• The contractor must provide one set of content proofs and one set of inkjet proofs to the agency, and keep one set of each for matching on press.
• The contractor must deliver 30 copies prior to distribution, and ship the ordered quantity of brochures to the addresses provided.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email, and provide all applicable tracking numbers, shipping method, and title.
