RFQ for Station 83 Parking Lot

The City of Hardeeville is seeking a contractor to perform repairs to the Station 83 parking lot. The work includes sawcutting and removing existing cracked/broken concrete, removing and disposing of broken concrete, flowable fill backfill and compaction, installing new concrete pavement, epoxy crack sealing, and restriping the parking lot. The contractor will be responsible for completing the work in accordance with the city's specifications and regulations. • Sawcut and remove existing cracked/broken concrete (approx. 140 LFT) • Remove and dispose of broken concrete around inlets and driveway apron (approx. 170 SY) • Flowable fill backfill and compaction (approx. 20 CY) • Install 6" PCCP concrete pavement, 4000 psi fiber reinforced (approx. 170 SY) • Epoxy crack seal throughout parking lot and drive lane (approx. 600 LFT) • Restripe 19 parking stalls, 1 ADA accessible stall, and 1 ADA loading zone (blue) This opportunity is ideal for contractors with experience in concrete repair and parking lot maintenance.
