Request for Letters Of Interest for Redevelopment

The City of Lawrence is seeking Letters of Interest (LOIs) from qualified developers, firms, or development teams for the redevelopment of a 14-acre City-owned brownfield property, known as the Tombarello Site, into a modern industrial park. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and may follow up with a formal Request for Proposals (RFP) or other disposition process.
