Description
The University of North Dakota is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive snow removal services for the Aerospace Foundation buildings. This includes clearing and maintaining the lot, sidewalks, and building doors, as well as applying sand and de‑icing agents and providing shoveling support during snowfall events. Bids must be submitted through the UND Procurement Opportunities portal by the stated deadline.
• Scope covers snow plowing, sanding, de‑icing, and manual shoveling for exterior campus areas.
• All work must be performed safely and in compliance with university standards throughout the winter season.
• Contractor must have experience with large‑scale snow‑removal contracts and be able to mobilize equipment and personnel quickly during storms.
