Provision of Exterminating Services on an Annual Contract

This solicitation invites qualified pest‑control firms to provide comprehensive exterminating services for Gwinnett County’s extensive portfolio of public facilities. The contractor will deliver monthly preventive‑maintenance pest‑control, quarterly and semi‑annual treatments for parks and recreation sites, on‑demand emergency services, and a range of ancillary tasks such as bait‑station management, termite and bed‑bug control, and pest‑exclusion projects. Service reporting, invoicing, and compliance (including OSHA safety, background checks, and extensive insurance coverage) are mandatory, and the contract runs for an initial year with four optional one‑year renewals. • Monthly interior/exterior pest‑control across >200 county facilities (corrections, fire stations, sheriff’s office, water‑resources, parks, etc.). • Quarterly and semi‑annual intensive treatments for parks, recreation centers, and other high‑traffic sites. • 24‑hour field response for callbacks; emergency requests handled within four hours; detailed post‑service reporting required. • Contractor must maintain $2 M general liability, $1 M automobile liability, workers’ comp, umbrella/excess liability, cyber liability, and name Gwinnett County as an additional insured.
