Construction Management at Risk Services - New Aquatic Center and Improvements at Roper Park

The Pickens County Government is seeking a firm to provide Construction Management at Risk Services for the New Aquatic Center and Improvements at Roper Park. The project includes the construction of a new aquatic facility and major park improvements, such as the construction of new baseball fields, renovation of existing fields, and construction of a new maintenance shop. The selected firm will serve as the Construction Manager and will perform CMAR services during the project, including project planning, estimating, value engineering, and construction management. • The project will be comprised of two components: the Aquatic Facility Component and the Major Park Improvements Component. • The selected firm will work with Pickens County and the Project Architect to deliver the project. • The firm will be responsible for managing the construction process, including arranging proposal packages, awarding individual trade contracts, and managing construction until full occupancy is achieved. • The firm will also be responsible for implementing a one-year warranty and one-year warranty inspections.
