The City of Centerville is soliciting bids for the dredging of four existing ponds on the Yankee Trace Golf Course, including the removal and disposal of sediment, creation of a sediment‑basin disposal area, and associated site‑work such as utility protection, traffic control, and final site restoration. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the work in accordance with the provided plans, specifications, and applicable Ohio regulations.
• Scope: Hydraulic dredging of Ponds 1, 2, 9, 12 (base bid) with optional alternates for Ponds 3 & 4.
