Description
The Federal Highway Administration is seeking a vendor to provide storage device maintenance for their existing Dell Unity XT 400/480 storage unit. The selected vendor will be required to provide support for 200TB of shared drives, work within the existing warranty, and perform security upgrades and repairs. The contract will be for a period of one year, from August 28, 2026, to August 27, 2027.
• The vendor must be an authorized Dell third-party provider.
• The vendor must be able to support the existing storage unit and provide security upgrades and repairs.
• The vendor must be able to work within the existing warranty.
• The contract will be for a period of one year.
• The selected vendor will be required to provide pricing for the required services.
