Description
The Gibraltar School District is seeking bids for the construction of mechanical improvements at one of its schools. The project includes architectural, general trades, mechanical, and electrical work. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through Building Connected by August 24, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the school district and provide performance and payment bonds.
• The project is subject to prevailing wage rates and state sales and/or use taxes.
• Bidders may be required to be pre-qualified before receiving bidding documents or having their bids considered.
• The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
