Intent to Sole Source for Adress Update for Westnet First-In Alerting System

The US Air Force intends to sole source a contract to Westnet for the update of the Westnet First-In Alerting System at Eielson AFB. The system's core database and run cards must be updated to reflect new address identifiers. The contractor will perform a complete and verified backup of the existing system database, remotely reconfigure the First-In Alerting System Database and associated Run Cards, and send one OEM-certified technician to Eielson AFB for on-site integration.
