SECTION 10 WATER RECLAMATION PLANT (WRP) CLARIFIER 3 AND RETURN ACTIVATED SLUDGE / WASTE ACTIVATED SLUDGE (RAS/WAS) PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Bullhead City is seeking bids for the construction of a third clarifier and associated yard piping, addition of a new RAS/WAS pump, and replacement of two existing RAS/WAS pumps at the Section 10 Water Reclamation Plant. The project also includes the construction of a new clarifier splitter box, demolition of the existing splitter box, and upsizing of existing secondary effluent piping. The contractor will be responsible for excavation, concrete work, site grading, and SCADA upgrades. • The project requires the contractor to have experience in water reclamation plant construction and wastewater treatment. • The contractor must be able to complete the project within 180 calendar days or less after Notice to Proceed. • The contractor must provide a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. • The contractor must provide a performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
