Description
The Ann Arbor Public Schools is seeking bids for the Transportation - South Lot: EV Charging - Phase 2 project. The project includes distribution equipment, underground gas and electric infrastructure, equipment pads, and bus chargers. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through BuildingConnected by 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026, at 2:30 PM via Teams Meeting.
• The project requires a bid security of 5% in the form of a bid bond or certified bank check.
• The successful bidder must execute the contract, provide the required insurance certificate(s), and file the required bonds within 10 days after notice of award.
• The bidder may also be required to furnish a performance bond and labor and material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
• The school district reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding, and to accept a bid other than the lowest bid.
