Fencing at Lower New Turf Field at Shelton High School

The City of Shelton is seeking bids for the installation of fencing at the Lower New Turf Field at Shelton High School. The project includes the installation of approximately 720 feet of black vinyl chain link fence, two 12-foot-wide lockable double gates, and two 4-foot-wide single gates. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. • The fence must be installed to the specifications of the attached site plan and details. • The project requires the installation of a 120-foot safety net fence on both the North and South ends of the field. • The poles and netting for the safety net fence will be provided by the city. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, environmental matters, and insurance. • The contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Shelton as an additional insured. • The contractor must submit a Non-Collusion Affidavit and comply with the City's non-discrimination and affirmative action provisions.
