RFQP for Progressive Design-Build Services for Renovations of the CIty of Chula Vista's Civic Center and South Library Branches

The City of Chula Vista is seeking a design-build entity to provide progressive design-build services for the renovations of the Civic Center and South Library Branches. The project involves major interior and exterior renovations, including electrical and HVAC replacement and upgrades, flooring replacement, lighting replacement, asbestos abatement, elevator replacement, interior and exterior painting and stucco work, and renovation of various library spaces. The project has a budget of $18,400,000 and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2027.
