Stormwater Pre Cleaning and CCTV Inspections Phase 1

The City of Bellevue is seeking a vendor to perform stormwater pre-cleaning and CCTV inspections of approximately 70 miles of stormwater gravity mainline pipes. The work includes pre-cleaning with an Eductor truck, CCTV inspection coded in compliance with the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP), version 6.0 or newer, traffic control services, and updating the City's GIS Tracking App. The vendor must have experience in similar projects, strong expertise in the requested services, and the ability to meet deadlines.
