Description
The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge is seeking bids for the construction of new furniture for the Baton Rouge Airport first and second floor. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on August 14th, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be received electronically or by paper until September 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The project is contingent upon receipt of a grant or grants from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the State of Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
• The project includes the installation of new furniture on the first and second floors of the airport terminal.
