Description

The National Institutes of Health intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to ECOG-ACRIN Medical Research Foundation, Inc. for the digital transfer of histological slide images and clinical data. The goal of this project is to further enrich the understanding of molecular profiles by applying pathologic prediction analysis tools to a larger cohort of clear cell renal cancer patients. The project aims to confirm the data acquired from a previously analyzed subset and provide a well-annotated data set to compare with other ongoing patho-mic analyses of high-risk clear cell kidney cancer. • The project involves the application of pathologic prediction analysis tools to digitized slides of primary renal tumors. • The goal is to predict bulk RNA gene expression and DNA methylation directly from histopathology slides. • The project aims to provide a well-annotated data set to compare with other ongoing patho-mic analyses of high-risk clear cell kidney cancer. • The inferred omics data will be made available to all consortium members.
