Description
The State of Alabama seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive annual maintenance for a Sharp MX‑M654N copier located in Montgomery. The contract covers all service calls, parts, labor, travel, developer, drums, and supplies (toner) needed to keep the copier operational for a full year, excluding paper, staples, and damage caused by negligence or misuse. Expected copy volume includes routine black‑and‑white copies per month with an estimated excess of 30,000 copies for the contract year (Oct 1 2026 – Sep 30 2027). The work will be performed on‑site at 375 S. Ripley St., Room 537.
