Re-Bid Phase III Lighting LED Upgrades Project

The Providence Public School Department is soliciting proposals for LED Lighting Upgrades at nine schools in Providence. The project includes replacing existing lighting fixtures with LED fixtures at each school. The contractor will be responsible for the proper disposal of all materials and equipment removed, construction waste, packaging materials, and trash. The contractor will also provide instruction in the proper use of all installed equipment and supply the owner with necessary commissioning and control equipment for the future programming and maintenance of the system(s) installed. • The project includes nine schools: DelSesto Middle School, Alvarez High School, E-Cubed High School, George J. West Elementary School, Nathan Bishop Middle School, Leviton Dual Language Elementary School, Reservoir Elementary School, Webster Elementary School, and Young Woods Elementary School. • The contractor will be responsible for the delivery, off-loading, inventory, storage, and distribution of the project material. • The contractor will provide all ladders, staging, lifts, and equipment required for the safe completion of the work. • The contractor will install, and commission specified lighting controls in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. • The contractor will provide a binder of related project information, including warranty information, product data sheets, as-built listing of fixtures installed, and product manuals and training materials.
