Description
The Anchor Bay School District is seeking bids for the provision and installation of kitchen utility monitoring/metering equipment at nominated schools. The proposal should be submitted in accordance with the RFP specifications, and bidders are required to provide bid security in an amount of not less than 2.5% of the proposed contract amount. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in the RFP process and to reject any or all proposals.
• The proposal should include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or employee of the firm submitting the bid and the Superintendent or any member of the Board of Education.
• The proposal should also confirm that the bidder is not an Iran-linked business as defined in the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
