Description
The Onslow Water & Sewer Authority is seeking bids for the 2025 Black Creek Wells Discharge Pipe Replacement Project. The project involves removing and replacing existing 8-inch diameter ductile iron discharge pipes, pressure relief valves, flanges, bolts, and chemical feed quills within the chemical feed room at multiple production well sites. The work includes selective demolition, installation of new piping and fittings, backfilling, and concrete repair. The contractor must possess a valid State of North Carolina Utilities Contractor license and comply with all applicable state and local codes and regulations.
• The project requires mandatory site visits to physically inspect the work locations prior to submitting a bid.
• The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the project.
• The project has a 45-day completion period from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
• The contractor must warranty the work for at least 90 days for workmanship and provide the full manufacturer's warranty period on materials.
