SOUTHERN NEVADA STRONG BROWNFIELDS ASSESSMENT PROGRAM

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is seeking proposals from Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) firms to provide technical services for the Southern Nevada Strong Brownfields Assessment Program. The program aims to facilitate environmental assessment activities at eligible properties and support the development of the SNS Brownfields Reuse Program. The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting public and stakeholder engagement, convening stakeholders, and demonstrating ability to effectively engage with community stakeholders. The consultant will also be required to provide a description of the organizational structure and key personnel for the project, including resumes and a team organizational chart. • The scope of work includes conducting environmental assessments, providing technical services, and supporting the development of the SNS Brownfields Reuse Program. • The consultant will be required to provide a price proposal, including a breakdown of costs and a narrative explaining the proposal. • The consultant will be selected based on their experience, qualifications, and price proposal. • The contract will be awarded for a period of 180 days, with the option for renewal. • The consultant will be required to obtain the necessary insurance and bonds, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
