BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access Software

The County of Fresno is requesting quotations from qualified vendors to provide licensing for BeyondTrust's cloud-hosted Privileged Remote Access software. The software is a specialized cybersecurity solution that securely controls, manages, and audits remote connections for IT administrators, internal employees, and third-party vendors. The agreement resulting from this solicitation will be for one year, with two optional one-year extensions. The County is seeking a vendor to provide licensing for 900 assets, as well as one BeyondTrust Appliance 2022 U Series-VM-Subscription. The successful bidder will be required to provide a quotation that includes all costs for the three-year contract term, with no price increases allowed during the contract period. • The quotation must include the cost of the software licenses for the entire three-year term. • The vendor must provide a completed quotation schedule with prices for each year of the contract. • The vendor must provide a reference list with at least five customers for whom they have recently provided similar products or services. • The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to data security and confidentiality.
