The City and County of Denver seeks a qualified contractor to provide daily custodial cleaning, monthly power‑washing, on‑call incident response, and comprehensive snow and ice removal for fourteen Colfax Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) stations, starting September 2026 and continuing through December 2027. The contract includes prevailing‑wage requirements and a base budget of $650,000 for the first 16 months, with additional on‑call work paid on a time‑and‑materials basis.
• Daily cleaning of each station (≈ 1,800 sq ft) and trash removal, with contractor‑provided liners.
• Monthly pressure‑washing of curbs and post‑sand‑application wash‑downs; sand‑only de‑icing permitted through Dec 31 2027.
