Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) / Transportation Management Center (TMC) Operations

The Florida Department of Transportation is seeking a consultant to provide management and operational support for the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Transportation Management Center (TMC) in District Six. The contract will involve providing real-time traffic and incident management operations, traveler information dissemination, contract oversight, and support of ITS infrastructure. The consultant will be required to have a minimum of five years of experience in providing ITS/TMC operations support services. The contract is expected to begin on April 27, 2026, and last for five years. • The consultant will be responsible for providing management and operational support for the ITS and TMC. • The consultant will be required to have a minimum of five years of experience in providing ITS/TMC operations support services. • The contract will involve providing real-time traffic and incident management operations, traveler information dissemination, contract oversight, and support of ITS infrastructure. • The consultant will be expected to provide proof of experience and capability in the work area. • The consultant will be required to identify necessary experienced personnel and facilities to support the activities associated with this proposal.
