This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to execute a comprehensive pedestrian‑friendly upgrade of South Rockbridge Road in Gwinnett County. The work includes earthwork, curb and gutter installation, concrete flat work, asphalt paving, storm‑drain pipe replacement, sidewalk construction, striping, new traffic signals, and a fiber‑optic detection system for pedestrians and vehicles. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bid, with bonding and insurance requirements consistent with county standards.
• Total roadway length ≈ 0.765 mi; includes < 20,000 cy earthwork, 10,527 lf curb & gutter, 12,195 sy concrete flat work, 380 tn asphalt, 116 cy concrete structures, 3,379 tn storm‑drain pipe.
