Description
The USDA is seeking to lease office and related space in Hardinsburg, KY, Breckinridge County. The space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. A fully serviced lease is required, and the space must be compatible with the government's intended use. The lease term can be up to 20 years, with a firm term of up to 10 years. The space must have a minimum of 6,000 square feet and a maximum of 6,300 square feet (ABOA), and cannot exceed 7,200 square feet (RSF). The space must also have reserved parking spaces for government vehicles and visitors.
