Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Pulmedix Inc. for the supply of medical gases, including compressed air, oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and nitrous oxide, as well as dry ice, to support the operations of the U.S. Naval Hospital Bremerton Branch Health Clinic, Everett Branch Health Clinic, Bangor Puget Sound, and Naval Shipyard Clinic (PSNS). The contract will have a base ordering period from 2/16/2026 to 09/30/2026, with four option periods.
• The contractor will be required to deliver medical gases to the specified locations.
• The contractor will also be required to provide dry ice, with a weekly quantity of 44 pounds as needed, not to exceed 5605 pounds.
• The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the medical gas equipment and providing cylinder rental services.
• The contractor will also be required to provide hazmat fees, delivery fees, and energy fuel charges.
