Description
The Appalachian State University is seeking a contractor to provide landscape services, including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and leaf removal. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the university's grounds, including sidewalks, entrance ways, and curbs. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. The contractor will be required to provide a project manager and designate a point of contact for contract-related issues.
