Laundry and Linen Processing Services

The Indian Health Service is seeking a contractor to provide laundry and linen processing services to the Rosebud Indian Health Service Hospital in Rosebud, South Dakota. The contractor will be responsible for collecting soiled linen from the hospital, processing it off-site, and returning clean linen to the hospital. The contractor must comply with The Joint Commission and CDC infection control standards. The contract is for a base year of 12 months, with no option years. The contractor must provide monthly performance reports and comply with quality assurance surveillance plan metrics. • The contractor must collect soiled linen from the hospital three times per week. • The contractor must process the linen off-site using thermal or chemical disinfection methods. • The contractor must return clean linen to the hospital within 24 hours of pickup. • The contractor must comply with The Joint Commission and CDC infection control standards. • The contractor must provide monthly performance reports and comply with quality assurance surveillance plan metrics.
