Description
The Brookhaven Science Associates is seeking a quote for hardware supporting the sPHENIX project. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, services, materials, and equipment in accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Order. The equipment must be manufactured by Dell Technologies and Western Digital, and any alternate products proposed must have performance parameters equal to or greater than those specified.
* The quote must be submitted via email with the signed Quotation Pricing Sheet.
* The Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
* The award will be made to the responsive and responsible Offeror who submits the lowest total price and meets all technical requirements.
* The resultant award shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Draft Purchase Order.
