The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking a licensed, self‑performing roofing contractor to rehabilitate the roof of a single residential home (Unit 11651) in Delaware County, Oklahoma. The contractor must complete the work within 15 working days after receiving the notice to proceed, and must begin work within two weeks of award receipt or incur a $100 per day liquidated‑damage charge.
