Description
The Ellisville State School is seeking bids for facility maintenance services. The selected vendor will provide four trained building maintenance workers to perform various tasks such as interior/exterior painting, repairing/replacing broken doors and windows, installing/replacing flooring, and troubleshooting basic electrical and plumbing issues. The workers will be required to work Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day, and be available for on-call weekly rotations. The vendor will be responsible for providing suitable vehicles, tools, and equipment for the workers, as well as ensuring they have completed an OSHA 10 course.
Some key responsibilities of the vendor include:
• Providing four trained building maintenance workers
• Performing interior/exterior painting and caulking
• Repairing/replacing broken doors, hinges, knobs, window glass, beds, bedrails, furniture, handrails, etc.
• Installing/replacing VCT and ceramic flooring
• Troubleshooting basic electrical and plumbing issues
• Assisting with moving furniture, bedding, appliances, etc.
• Performing other facility maintenance duties as assigned
