Description
The Paulding County Department of Finance is soliciting proposals for professional engineering design services for a roadway improvement project along Bill Carruth Parkway. The project aims to improve safety, traffic operations, and multimodal accessibility. Proposers must demonstrate expertise in transportation engineering design and comply with the laws of the State of Georgia. The proposal consists of two separate sealed submittals: the Technical Proposal Package and the Cost Proposal Package.
• The project must achieve at least a Level of Service “D” 20 years from the base/open year
• The proposal must include a Technical Proposal Package and a Cost Proposal Package
• The Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit form must be submitted with all bid packages
• Paulding County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals
