North Dakota State University is seeking a vendor to supply a complete Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer (DMA) system for polymer testing research. The contract includes the instrument hardware, required accessories, software licenses, delivery to the R1A laboratory in Fargo, installation, commissioning, user training, and a minimum one‑year warranty. The system must meet stringent technical specifications and be operational by the installation deadline. Optional upgrades such as rotational/torsional capability and future software renewals may be offered separately.
