CROWN VALLEY PARKWAY WESTBOUND WIDENING CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES

The City of Laguna Niguel is seeking a qualified consultant to provide full‑service Construction Management and Construction Inspection (CM/CI) for the Crown Valley Parkway Westbound widening from I‑5 to Cabot Road. The consultant will lead pre‑construction planning, support contractor selection, manage day‑to‑day construction activities, conduct daily inspections, coordinate multi‑agency permitting, and execute a public‑outreach program. The effort includes a 45‑day pre‑construction phase, 360‑day construction phase, a 45‑day contingency, and a 12‑month warranty period, totaling roughly 18 months of work. • Deliver constructability reviews, risk registers, and schedule/budget control throughout the project. • Provide on‑site construction management (≥ 20 hrs/week) and full‑time inspection, including special inspections for bridges, soils, and structural steel. • Manage public outreach, traffic‑control plans, and compliance with Caltrans, Metrolink/SCRRA, and local permitting requirements.
