REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CITY OF KINGMAN CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK FOR FIRE STATION 25

The City of Kingman is seeking a qualified construction manager/general contractor to provide complete construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the design and pre-construction services of a new fire station, administration, and possible future dispatch building of approximately 25,000 SF. The selected CMAR will work closely with the design team and provide real-time cost modeling, constructability input, and value engineering throughout the design phase. The total estimated construction cost for the project is approximately $7.1 million.
