Liquor Warehouse Roof Project

The Department of Buildings & General Services is seeking bids for the Liquor Warehouse Roof Project. The project involves removing the existing drip edge and flashings, placing a new insulation cover board, and installing a new self-adhered Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane. The project also includes installing new drip edge and flashing, and covering the existing ice/rain deflectors. The contractor must provide a 20-year minimum manufacturer's warranty for the membrane roof. • Remove the existing drip edge and flashings • Place a 1/2 inch high density polyisocyanurate foam insulation cover board over the existing membrane roof • Install a new self-adhered Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) .080 membrane in white • Install new drip edge and flashing to match existing • Cover the existing ice/rain deflectors and the 2 foot high parapet wall with new flashing over the top
