Description
The Louisiana Army National Guard Family Programs Office is seeking a contractor to provide lodging and meeting services for a pre-deployment Yellow Ribbon event. The event will take place on May 21-22, 2025, in Baton Rouge, LA. The contractor will be required to provide meals, meeting space, lodging, audio/visual equipment, Wi-Fi, and gratuity and staffing services. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the government, considering factors such as technical acceptability, past performance, and price.
