This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks qualified vendors to supply instant coffee products for resale in offender canteens operated by the Missouri Department of Corrections Central and Eastern Region Commodity Warehouses. The contract will run from the award date through August 16, 2027 and includes two line items: 6,354 units of 8‑oz Folgers instant coffee in clear plastic containers and 8,179 units of 3‑12 oz freeze‑dried Colombian coffee in resealable bags or jars.
