Naval Memorial Ceremonial Support

The Naval Supply Center (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is seeking information from potential vendors to provide ceremonial support services at the Navy Memorial Plaza. The services include providing indoor facilities, lighting and audio-visual equipment, virtual production support, and parking arrangements for VIPs and guests. The contractor must be able to obtain National Park Service permits to access the U.S. Navy Memorial Plaza. The events supported by the contractor may include concerts, wreath-laying ceremonies, reenlistment and promotion ceremonies, and retirement ceremonies.
