Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Protective Clothing and Operational Supply Rental Services. The scope of work includes providing protective clothing and operational supplies for the CHP Barstow Area Office. The contract term is anticipated to be effective from April 1, 2026, to April 30, 2029. Bidders must meet certain qualification requirements, including possessing a valid City or County Business License and having a past record of sound business integrity.
• The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid.
• The bid package must include all required attachments and documentation, and must be submitted by the deadline.
• The CHP reserves the right to extend the term of the resulting agreement as necessary to complete or continue the services.
• The agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the IFB, including insurance requirements and dispute resolution procedures.
