Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work, which includes demolition, removal, and disposal of materials and debris, and reconstruction and restoration of four burn cells. The cost of materials, labor, and equipment will be significant factors in determining the budget. Assuming a moderate level of complexity and a moderate-sized project, the budget could be in the range of $500,000 to $2,000,000. This estimate is based on the fact that the project involves specialized construction work, including demolition and reconstruction, and will require significant resources and expertise.
