Request for Bids- Roof Repairs

The Bulloch County Schools is seeking bids for roof repairs and replacements at various locations, including William James Middle School, Statesboro High School, and others. The scope of work includes selective removal and replacement of existing modified bitumen roof systems, roof deck repairs, base sheet system, insulation system, and a modified bitumen roof system. The project is divided into four separate projects, each with its own set of requirements and specifications. Bidders are required to submit a separate cost for each location per project, along with a total project cost. The project manual and drawings are available upon request.
