Description
The Atlanta Public Schools invites bids for tree pruning, removal, and related services. The contractor will provide goods and services to APS and perform all required tasks within the scope of work. The scope of work includes tree pruning, removal, and related services, such as chipping, stump grinding, and debris removal. The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to complete the work. The contract term will be one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods.
• The contractor must provide evidence of insurance with their response.
• The contractor must submit proof of insurance within five business days of receiving a letter of intent.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a schedule of work to the APS representative prior to the beginning of an assignment.
• The contractor must advise the APS representative of any unusual hazardous conditions and other pertinent information.
