Description
The Benton County Board of Supervisors is seeking bids for the supply, hauling, and spreading of Portland cement. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for an additional year or up to 48 months. Bids will be received until March 18, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
• The contract will be binding upon the bidder for a period of time from April 1, 2026, through April 1, 2027.
• The Board reserves the right to extend the bid for an additional year or up to 48 months.
• All bids submitted must be sealed and clearly labeled with the date the bid is to be opened.
• Specifications will be on file in the Office of the Chancery Clerk.
