The City of Fresno is seeking a qualified contractor to perform structural and concrete modifications to the three existing digester stairs (Stairs 6, 7, 8) at the Fresno‑Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility. Work includes removal and replacement of steel support members, epoxy‑bonded anchorage, concrete repair, temporary shoring, welding, and all associated safety, environmental, and traffic‑control measures. The contract is informal (under $177,000) with a 60‑working‑day construction window once a Notice to Proceed is issued.
• Replace and reinforce steel stair supports with galvanized members and epoxy‑bonded anchors.
• Remove deteriorated concrete, install reinforcement, and cast new concrete per project specifications.
