Description
The Massachusetts Trial Court is seeking bids for the replacement of numerous damaged louvers and louver supports on two Baltimore Air Coil Cooling Towers at the Edward Brooke Courthouse. The project requires the replacement of 24 louvers and 8 louver supports, with all replacement louver supports being stainless steel and all replacement louvers being fiberglass. The project must be completed prior to April 26th, 2026, and the contractor must ensure that all work performed is in accordance with all State Codes and Mandates, Trade Codes, and Associated Requirements.
