Description
The Military Sealift Command is seeking a commercial oiler with a T-AO like capability to provide fuel delivery services. The requirements include a US flag, fuel delivery capability, and a capacity for 3-station underway replenishment. The notional contracting approach would be a competitive, time-charter with a fixed day rate and fuel pass-through. The procurement will be set-aside for small business unless there is no reasonable expectation of two or more viable small business offers.
